Offering virtual therapy in the state of Massachusetts
I deeply respect the courage it takes to begin therapy. I don’t view people as broken or in need of fixing, but as whole individuals ready to meet themselves more fully. My role is to offer a steady, compassionate space for that journey of self-discovery to unfold.

SPECIALTIES
SERVICES & STYLE
I’m a therapist who works primarily with anxious people-pleasers, high achievers, and perfectionists. Those who are highly aware of others, quick to self-doubt, and often feel like they’re “too much” or “not enough” at the same time.
In sessions, I strive to create a space that feels steady, genuine, and non-judgmental. We’ll look at the patterns that keep you stuck, while also honoring the parts of you that developed for good reasons. Because every person is different, I draw from a variety of approaches to meet you where you are. My goal isn’t to change who you are, but to help you feel more grounded, confident, and at ease being yourself.
My approach
My style in session
-
Focuses on understanding the different parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion. Instead of trying to ‘fix’ or judge these parts, we work to connect with them in a way that feels safe and supportive.
-
Builds on your strengths and resilience to support growth and confidence. The work emphasizes what’s already within you to help you move forward in a way that feels authentic.
-
Focuses on understanding thought and behavior patterns as well as learning practical strategies to support change and emotional relief.
-
Encourages acceptance of thoughts and feelings while taking intentional steps toward your values and goals, helping you move forward with purpose.
-
Clicking with your therapist matters A LOT! The way we connect shapes the work, giving you a space to explore your experiences, try out new ways of relating, and grow through being truly seen and supported.
Outside of session
When I’m not in session, I’m living my own messy & imperfect human life. You might find me planning my next trip, hanging out with friends & family, spending time with my pets, watching bad reality tv, or attempting a new craft (still trying to figure out knitting lol). I absolutely love trying new things and would describe myself as a naturally curious person (perhaps what drew me to connect with and work to understand others as a living!!). Just like you, I’m figuring life out as I go, which is why I love bringing authenticity, warmth, and a human touch to the work we do together.
