Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

License Number: LICSW1141383

Offering virtual therapy in the state of Massachusetts

I deeply respect the courage it takes to begin therapy. I don’t view people as broken or in need of fixing, but as whole individuals ready to meet themselves more fully. My role is to offer a steady, compassionate space for that journey of self-discovery to unfold.

EDUCATION

SPECIALTIES

SERVICES & STYLE

I’m a therapist who works primarily with anxious people-pleasers, high achievers, and perfectionists. Those who are highly aware of others, quick to self-doubt, and often feel like they’re “too much” or “not enough” at the same time.

In sessions, I strive to create a space that feels steady, genuine, and non-judgmental. We’ll look at the patterns that keep you stuck, while also honoring the parts of you that developed for good reasons. Because every person is different, I draw from a variety of approaches to meet you where you are. My goal isn’t to change who you are, but to help you feel more grounded, confident, and at ease being yourself.

My approach

My style in session

Outside of session

When I’m not in session, I’m living my own messy & imperfect human life. You might find me planning my next trip, hanging out with friends & family, spending time with my pets, watching bad reality tv, or attempting a new craft (still trying to figure out knitting lol). I absolutely love trying new things and would describe myself as a naturally curious person (perhaps what drew me to connect with and work to understand others as a living!!). Just like you, I’m figuring life out as I go, which is why I love bringing authenticity, warmth, and a human touch to the work we do together.
