The first step is a 15-minute consultation, which you can schedule through my contact form. This is a chance for us to connect, answer any questions you have, and see if we’d be a good fit. After that, we’ll meet for an initial intake session once paperwork and consent forms are completed. From there, we’ll set a session frequency that feels comfortable for you, so the work can unfold at a pace that supports your growth.

I currently provide therapy only virtually, which allows us to connect from the comfort of your own space. Utilizing telehealth, many clients find it easier to fit therapy into their busy lives. I’ll work with you to make sure our online sessions feel safe, private, and fully supportive.

Sessions are typically around 53–55 minutes long, giving us a steady, consistent space to work together. I take a client-centered approach, so sessions aren’t overly structured. We follow what feels most helpful in the moment. Weekly sessions are recommended at the start to build a strong therapeutic relationship, but you get to choose the frequency that works best for you, and you decide when you feel ready to end therapy!

If your insurance isn’t accepted, self-pay is always an option. I charge $150 per session. I also offer a few sliding scale slots at a lower fee.
If I am not in-network with your insurance, I can submit a superbill for you. If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance may reimburse part of the session cost. You can check if you have out of network coverage here.
